There's two main quotes from 'Arry about Pavlyuchenko that I've seen.
One from 2 years ago:
'When you haven't got the ball, you have to work. There's nothing to stop him starting games if he comes in every day to work, train, shows a good attitude. 'I expect him to run around and work hard for the team. 'You can't have a couple not working. You have to put a shift in. I'm not talking just about Pavlyuchenko."
One from 2 months ago:
‘He’s a fantastic striker of the ball,’ said Redknapp.
‘He’s got two great feet. Technically he’s a top, top player - there was never any doubt about that. It was good to see him score.’
So in his time at Spurs - "Can be a lazy sod. But a top, top player" is probably a fair summing up of how Harry sees him.
That's not to say he wouldn't have a better workrate/attitude at another club, under a different manager."Trust In Warnock" - Don't just type it - Do It.

Don't know where we are drinking yet mate. We are leaving at about 10'ish so I can buzz you when I get up there if you like? You stopping up there or heading back after the game? I'm buzzing and can't wait fella.
How's the wrist from the pounding you gave the Russian the other week in the ring?
Ok I 'll buzz you when we arrive, on a train from Wat Junc @ 10 am.

Please just remember that everyone's got Qpr at their best interests here and can have an opinionUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

First I knew Harry agreed with me, was when I was looking for something to back that up.
And what evidence it is, a manager that says that and never picks him. I rest my case

But the issue isn't whether Redknapp thinks he's a bit lazy. He clearly does think that, or he'd pick him more. That's obvious.
And maybe he's right.
But what is equally clear is that he's a very, very talented player, and maybe the snipes and lack of faith from Redknapp haven't exactly helped RP with the urge to run through brick walls for his boss.
Sounds a bit like Berbatov to me. Similar thing with Fergie.
Pavlyuchenko clearly doesn't feel wanted by Harry, whatever he does.
One thing's for sure, he's offski from Spurs in january. Probably back to Spartak, so it's likely this is all pretty irrelevent anyway."Trust In Warnock" - Don't just type it - Do It.
