Agreed. The man has actually shown less class than Mourinhio and that really takes some doing.

At least Mourinhio was a charismatic w&nker!

AVB has no redeeming features it seems.

He's got such an attitidue on him- 2 wins and suddenly they're looking unbeatable and they didn't deserve all the flack they got?! Bo*****s.

Really don't like the bloke. He is more arrogant that Mourinho, which i didn't think was possible. He is a perfect match for the Chelsea fans.

It must be a shock to foreign managers to experience the rabid tabloid media in UK though. I suspect abroad the coverage is fervent but in this country it goes beyond and into all the money/sex/sleaze too and the pure football side is almost incidental. Don't like his mac though......

He isn't doing anymore then Fergy, Wenger, Jose and yes....NW do all the time. NW was the most guilty of all at blaming the ref or whatever after every game. He only doesn't do it as much now as he seems to be quite happy after we lose in the Prem.

It's true, but AVB is exceptionally aggravating when he does it somehow.

I don't mind him to be honest. The managers I really don't like are those Northern ones from The Planet of the Apes....

you know - Mick McArthy & that fat head at West Ham etc.

Watching 'AVB' on TV this morning, I was struck by the degree to which he harbours delusions of grandeur. The idea that the media are 'persecuting' Chelsea is laughable. All that's happened is that they have an owner with a track record of firing managers for failing to win the Champions League. In this context, of course there's an intense interest in the fortunes of a very young, pretty inexperienced manager who rocks up with an air of entitlement. This is not 'persecution'. What does he want? A successful, high-profile club, right? Well successful, high-profile clubs get looked at more closely by the media than those lower down the pecking order. So the coverage Chelsea get just goes with the territory. AVB shows a fragile temperament by appearing to resent this. For me, it makes him somewhat unsuitable for the role. He might want to look to Mancini. Sitting in another hot seat, the Italian cuts a far cooler, more sensible figure.

When AVB broke into a shrill girly giggle at the idea of having got one over his 'enemies' in the media by winning 3-0 - well, he looked a total #### to me.
