Does he want to be here at QPR?
Will he battle for his place and show in training that he is worth a start?
Does he respect the team principal, to help the team progress, or does he play for Adel Utd?
Does he still think he's too good for QPR?

In a team safe from relegation he is worth the risk, but in a relegation battle he will show no backbone and no willingness to help the club cause, and for this reason he's out.
He's had just too many chances.

He CAN play well in the Premiership, look at the Newcastle game; he was playing like he did in the Championship but this time he wasn't greedy, more of a team player. We need more of this from him and to be honest he needs to be backed by Neil, the players and us as fans if he is to start playing well again. I can't imagine how low his confidence is right now.

Some players go on a run of bad form

You dont see Torres or Carroll being thrown to the side never to play after a few bad games

He has been stroppy but there is an improvement from last year and NW is still coaching a young player with lots to learn in the mentality of the game

Bad seeing people write him off even though he was magnificent throughout last season and if he played to that level again you would give him many more chances

Maybe we should get super nanny to come and sort Adel out, as she always seems to be able to get bad kids to behave again.

I´m sorry but I can´t stand his attitude.
Love his skills though. But his mind is elsewhere aswell.
So a big no from me and the squad at QPR also it seems like.

He was very stroppy after the West brom game, while other players were talking to some fans he just put his hood up, ignored fans and walked off.

No, that´s why he does not even want to perform well for us anymore.
Sorry if I sound harsh, but he has dissapointed me so much after what Warno did for him last year.

Agree Shania, all the signs are he wants away. He still seems to think he is too good for us, and I have a dream of what I would like to see happen.

He should be off in the Jan window, but if his value isn't met, or if he doesn't get the personal terms he wants, we might be stuck with him and his attitude for the rest of the season.

But this is where it could get interesting. He can't get into the Rangers team so may have to go out on loan to another Championship side which has been proved to be his level, and I really hope NW gets a call from Barry Fry for him to go out on loan to Peterboro. Once he's had a few months there playing to 6000 crowds in a shack of a stadium he might come back to us with a different attitude, and he might wake up and we could see him work and train and his form improve again.

Please make it happen, it would be so funny.
