Its not a case of being soft or hard on him. The simple truth is he has only played a full 90 minutes a few times in about two years. Of course he isn't match sharp. Some players never recover from such a lay off after a serious couple of injuries, others do. Its why the best solution is to send him out on loan for six months and see if he shapes up, then make a decision on his future.

What you say about His playing time and wheather He will or not fully get back to the required standard can't be argued with, but He must be the wrong side of 30, so is it worth sending Him out on loan when He might not get in the 25 squad when He gets back in 2 trans/window time or does it make sense to pay Him off and look elsewhere for someone younger as posted earlier no room for sentiment in football

I think putting Buzz and Cook in the same category is a little unfair. Cook was a long way from even making the final 25.

But If NW doesnt rate Akos highly enough to start him then fine, he's in the best position to judge.

But unless you get a run in the side of at least 3 full games thats the only time you can truly assess whether or not a player is up to the task.

He needs match practice and 5-15 minutes every now and then is not going to help. Buzsaky needs 2 or 3 starts before he can be discarded as a Premiership flop.

As for blaming him for dropping points how about Barton for missing a one on one or SWP for missing an open goal - yes, the ball came a bit high on him, but he could have controlled it and picked his spot.

As stated, Faurlin could also have conceded a foul to prevent the break away and taken a yellow for the team.

I also think that Taarabt needs to get some playing time, especially if QPR want to sell him for a decent price.

For all his faults this season, he has contributed some good touches especially in the Chelsea game and he could have scored a few if it wasn't for hitting the posts.
