Where are all his detractors now?

Said before but probably worth repeating, Buzz has had so little game time and it was pretty clear that he was anxious and trying too hard to impress in the limited time he was given. You're going to be a bit ring rusty after not having played much. Yet some want to consign him to the scrapheap after Saturday when he played just 15 minutes of the game and had a few misplaced passes - talk about shooting from the hip! He played a lot better at Everton where we won and when he started the game and set up Smith for the goal. Considering NW has barely played him since taking over as manager yet has always kept him in the squad, its premature to write him off IMO. Buz is 29 now - the physical peak of a footballers career.
    mate you are so right!!!!!

When Buz came on, he had the best amount of singing from the crowd..and the brightest pair of boots.Funnily enough,we are saying in the crowd, that maybe bringing on Adel for last 15...might be the answer as they looked there for the taking.Buzz didn;t look sharp enough and as in previous games, just had that feeling they would sneak a goal.

I think everyone would agree, if we can step up and get that second goal...we are going to start winning more games( yes i know that is an obvious statement).Shame about the SWP goal.Sitting in R block..we have no idea whether or not its offside...and i still have not watched MOTD, but people have told me he was on...

Players like Buzz really need to take their chances( and i don't just mean the weak shots in front of goal)when given to them.

Shame, i have always liked Buzz, just don't see him as a premiership player...IMO.

Spot on Spencer, has ability, but not good enough for where we are or certainly where we want to be.

Exactly Mellow, If im being totally honest he was average at Everton , passed a decent ball to Smith, but thats about it. The last game he was any decent at was Palace away in one of Warnock's first games in charge!!

Is this the same Buz who set alight the Championship last year and played his best football these past few years?

Why cant people accept Buz needs to go to Championship or lower league team as will always struggle with us in the Prem

Hate hanging onto players just because they had a good season a few years back

Lets look forward and let go to replace with better quality proven players and not keep hoping our has been players make a miraculous super comeback

To an extent, I agree, but same goes for Taarabt. Like it or not, that's a fact. He's done nothing to show any different other than home to Newcastle where he looked decent. Until he sorts his attitude out, he'll always be a myth at this level.

As I've always said, I really hope he sorts it out, but he's not doing enough.

Am just waiting for the Lee Cook brigade to say he should be playing on the left now instead of SWP because Cook was decent 5 years ago in a lower division.

As someone said, he has never really had a great game since Palace away. Just cause he played at Everton and set up a goal people turn that into - " He ran the game/Was outstanding and got us 3 points" Apart from that 5 yard pass for the goal he was fairly quiet.

People seem to miss the fact that we have better players than Buz now. If he starts we are taking a step backwards when the club should be moving forward. He is not good enough to get into our starting Eleven. The sooner people realise that the better! After January given potential signings this will be the case even more.

If you really love Buz, Cook, Orr, Smith etc may i suggest Football Manager 2010 where you can play them every game and every week.

The love of football is a very strange affair indeed. In general, i love watching football.I will watch a premiership game or a championship game or a spainish game...but i do like to watch an entertaining game, because at the end of the day...football is all about entertaining the crowd....or is it.Because he comes the bit that contradicts that.

Having supported QPR now since 1967..i want QPR to win the premiership, the champions league, the FA cup ....everything.Ok beating Chelsea was good...but i was mightly ****.ed of saturday night when we allowed another 3 points to slip away against another medicore side.

I have read today that warnock might not get another striker due to Heidars new found form.i do hope this is bullsh.t...Heidar had another cracking game on Saturday, but in my opinion..he is not what i call natural goalscorer. He leaps like a salmon on heat.He is braver than a hetro sexual guy have a naked wee in a gay bar....as to date is having is best season as a QPR player and has adapted very well to life in the premeirship.

However....players such as Buzz Cookie etc....and at moment Adel...have not managed to do so.From what i have seen...Buzz etc will struggle..ADEL...not sure what his problem is as i still think he can defo cut it in this league.

For me sentiment is out the window.badge kissing.....not for me...i want a team of winners and if that means we have to let go certain players, then so be it.

I know that all of the above makes me a greedy selfish person.....but i saw the game and the crowd V man city and a little more quailty in the team up front and in other places and we could have won that...and the fans deserve that...

Next weekend i have a lads night out for our football team....There are 4 Liverpool fans(southern soft poofing noncy...i know more about their team than they do...fans)....i would like to pis.s on their parade next saturday night ....and every other night the next....seasons.

Taarabt did set alight the Championship last year and had a decent game against Newcastle which is way ahead then what Buz had done for us these past few years and in the Prem so far

Some of the greats have bad attitudes but its how the manager handles them and NW done great last season

Think there has been a major lapse but lets hope NW can get Adel back on the road and make him a more mature and stronger player mentally

The other day Sir Alex Ferguson said "thats the kind of supporters we've got nowadays - they just dont have the patience any longer."

Reading some of the comments here, I think he may have a point.

When you see the wages players get paid and how much it is to watch your team play, people probably do have less patience then back in the day

To judge a player in 15 mins is ridiculous. If he is to succeed he needs a few games in a row. Like any sportsman. Then we will know if he is good enough of not. Really naive post this I think.
