I agree mate, but no one could have predicted Buzz's poor show today. I feel sorry for him because he's had so little game time and it was obvious that he was anxious and trying too hard to impress in the limited time he was given. He played so much better at Everton when he started the game and set up Smith for the goal.

When Buz did make an appearance last season he had little impact but some still think he will do it in the Prem even though he messed up a few times and cost us a goal

I rate Taarabt and Smith way ahead of Buz and baffled why NW put him on at that critical point in the match

I know deep down NW must regret it especially watching it back seeing Buz take the ball off Barton then losing it leading to the goal

If Taarabt had come in, he could have at least do some dribble to win us fouls or perhaps a penalty. Mackie (although he had a good game) should have come off instead of Bothroyd as we needed to keep attacking with 2 strikers. SWP could have been shifted to the right (his natural position) and Taarabt to the left. Yes Taarabt has given the ball away many times but if he was used as a winger, the possibility of losing the ball could reduce as he will be in an attacking position on the side.

Injuries have clearly taken their toll, time to say thank you and goodbye.

Could do a decent job at league 1 level like a few of the others we need to ship out.

imo Smith should have come on in place of the inefective Bothroyd who was playing like He was on mogodon .
Busaky is yesterday been in and out between injuries for 2 years and done not a lot no point sending him out on loan just get Him and a few more out and off the payroll,it would be for the good of the club to try to come to some agreement to pay them off

Yeh I agree! Do not like to say it but he is not good enough especially wiht the quality we have got know of faurlin, barton, swp and mackie. Derry is even better than Buzsaky! But Buzsaky has done us proud over the years! He has scored some right crackers!!!

sorry mate but buz is a lot better player than derry! If you dont play players enough they are bound to be rusty when they come on! I think with the veiws ive seen on here its probadly better if buz finds a new club where he might be given a chance! God we love our scapegoats dont we! Who is gonna be next??

I have a feeling he is one of the places under threat in Jan and today may have sealed his fate.

Good player and always be greatly remembered by me as he brought lots of joy in dark times
This is exactly the problem with some supporters at our club...

Don't mean to have a pop at you directly fella but here is the problem. Too many of our fans live in the past. Les Ferdinand was a good player, don't mean we should play him on Saturday against Liverpool does it? Fact is Buzz has had a lot of time off football the last 18 months with injuries and that has effected his performance and consistency for some time. BUZZ WAS A GOOD PLAYER but not any good to us anymore whilst at this level. IMHO he was always one who I thought out of our squad from the last few years that could make the step up, but given what he's been through that's clear to see now that isn't the case. I raised the point last week about him when people were banging on about him not featuring in NW's plans. He's been given enough chances now are you all going to keep banging on about him?

One thing I will add. Yesterday was typical Rangers so I'm hoping next weekend will be the same in that we all given the shock treatment with a masterclass at Anfield and at least a point!

Prob because of the dross he was playing with when he arrived he stood out as one of the better players and rightly or wrongly we have ended up building him up and having higher expectations then what is realistic

Warnock let them pressurise us today and the goal was coming.

Bad day for Warnock all round.

he is not mentally, nor physically it seems like, on Loftus Road.

Do me a favour. That's just as sentimental because like Buzz, he's only done anything in the NPC. Taarabt is a risk. When we're 2 up, then let's give him another go, but he continually gives the ball away at this level, and the players heads drop when he's on.

I know things can get lost in translation, but what do you mean by that? Not on a wind up as I can only speak one language.

Physically, he's strong as an ox, and looks as if he's impossible to hurt. He's been kicked up in the air a few times, and just gets up and carries on.

My problem never has been with his natural talent and durability. It's always been how he conducts himself.

Funny that. Exactly the same accusation could be thrown back at you. To quote yourself, this is exactly the problem with some supporters at our club. Don't mean to have a pop at you directly fella but here is the problem. Too many of our fans love a scapegoat and to write players off prematurely. Heidar Helguson ring any bells? Where are all his detractors now?

Said before but probably worth repeating, Buzz has had so little game time and it was pretty clear that he was anxious and trying too hard to impress in the limited time he was given. You're going to be a bit ring rusty after not having played much. Yet some want to consign him to the scrapheap after Saturday when he played just 15 minutes of the game and had a few misplaced passes - talk about shooting from the hip! He played a lot better at Everton where we won and when he started the game and set up Smith for the goal. Considering NW has barely played him since taking over as manager yet has always kept him in the squad, its premature to write him off IMO. Buz is 29 now - the physical peak of a footballers career.
