Blimey, he has changed his tune. A couple of weeks ago it was all about fighting for his place, now he is talking about how desperate he is for first team football. He may as well have read out his telephone number and asked Warno to call him. Potentially v exciting news for us.

SWP is a good mate of his lets hope he puts in a good word.
I'm confident about this with TF & the board we have. They can deliver.

Well I listened to the whole interview on Talk Sport. The coment that the other strikers were playing well was regarding Spurs not England and he conceded that all the while they were performing he would have to wait his turn. He said once he gets the chance he will fight to keep his spot but has to be patient. Yes, obviously he said he needed to be playing to get into Capello's plans but he made it clear he wanted to do that at Spurs. When pushed, he did concede that if his chance doesn't come, then he would be foolish not to consider his options.
I say with this one, just sit tight and see what happens. Fantastic if he does move but I wouldn't want people here ranting if he doesn't because he really does WANT to stay at Spuds.#standuptocancer

What a signing he would be- but I wouldn't be getting too excited just yet.
Harry is no mug and I doubt he'll let JD go and have just Adebayor and Pav as out and out strikers- so if he is to leave it would probably mean Spurs bringing in another forward, leaving us in a similar position to August where we could have got Bassong if they got Cahill.
If he does leave, we have a brilliant chance of getting him for plenty of reasons.

That's why I said turn the clock back and try and imagine
All season I have been commenting on the impressive way in which Warnock adapts his style of play according to resources as a way of combating those that say he is not good enough to manage in the EPL#standuptocancer
