Hill is a decent back up to the LB we will sign in Jan and we can play Traore LW.

Despite his limitations, more deserving of an extension than wasting a bundle of money on the likes of Puncheon & Dyer. That's not a dig at them, just that if they are either never fit or never selected, what's the point?

Same applies to Troy Hewitt. He isn't costing much I wouldn't think, yet he is no doubt learning, improving and getting ready to be unleashed on Chelsea's ageing defence next year.

Nothing against Hill at all, been great for us, but if we are going to strengthen our defensive squad in Jan is there room for him, and if so who will be the players to drop out? One would be Perone for sure, but that leaves either Hall or Connolly, both who were favoured over Hill .
