maybe he should stick to trying to improve his pretty average form on the football pitch. everybody is entitled to their opinions and i'm a great believer in freedom of speech but he seems to think its his god given right to have a say on everything!!! even if his comments have been taken out of context(very possible) and people agree with what he said there is a time and a place. sig freud he ain't.

If he could have phrased it without the word 'selfish' included anywhere there would of been no issue. He must of thought about whether to include this word or not, and he chose to do so knowing that there would be a reaction, which is probably what he wanted.
He wants to be noticed doesn't he, is he insecure?

Wow, WTF are we turning into as according to you, you are not allowed an opinion, if you are not qualified in what you have an opinion on.
What are you doing on here then giving your opinions, as you are not qualified ?

end of the day, suicide is a selfish act. depression is the reason for suicide and that is an illness that is not understood.Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"

On the one hand I agree- players should keep themselves to themselves (especially in JB's case) and bear in mind that they are representing the club.
However nowadays with all the media training crap and the way the players hardly ever have the chance to say what they really think and interract with the fans, i think its a breathe of fresh air.
Tough call though.
