Dont you ever get bored of playing the same old record? Not just you personally btw Vblock, just the whole general topic, I dont ever get involved in all this "political" malarkey and "GPs mates" stuff, but as a reader of it all I have to say it does come across ever so repetative and boring and wish people could just get on with their lives without the need for it to be mentioned every week.

So the fact that he's resigned over it and is just a normal poster here now is still not good enough for you?

Are you planning to continue to dig him out at every possible opportunity you get?

For years Pete was denying that this was a pro Paladini site and that Paladini could do no wrong. While this was going on he was banning posters and deleting threads and posts that had a go at his mate. Nothing could be said against Paladini in a thread without Petey popping up and denying/spinning it. Wanna let him off and give him a free pass? go right ahead but dont expect everyone to feel the same. He claims he resigned over the stress of "all the lies" ...ironic isnt it.

People get points and bans on here, not for what they think of GP, but for the way they choose to conduct themselves and if they continually dig out or abuse other posters.

Pete is one such poster, like yourself, who is entitled to be a member of this site without having to put up with constant personal abuse.

I have never abused you. I have responded to your messages when you have sent them, honestly and without agenda.

You are entitled to your opinion of Pete, as is anybody else, if it's that important to them. What you are not entitled to do, is to have constant digs, particularly when a lot of what you say is factually incorrect. You wouldn't like it, I'm sure.

that might be how things are conducted in terms of moderation on this site now but how short your memory is if you dont remember the bad old days when this site was a spinning propaganda site for Petey and his mate. This started out as a rumour site but any rumours posted that Petey didnt like was derided or removed. I notice there are a few new posters and many that have just changed names but surely theres some left who remember. Just before he "stepped down" i was banned and my post removed by Petey for posting a rumour about Paladini that he claims was untrue......the only rumours he allowed on HIS site were ones that he approved
So now he's stepped down because he was "stressed over all the lies" and he has become just another poster thats fine. Wont find any abuse going his way from me, in fact i think its hilarious

in fact i have a couple of questions for ya Pete, poster to poster.

Did you ever recieve any freebies from Paladini in the time you was running this site? i mean tickets/shirts/ITK info passed on??
Did you pass on Ric's email address to the club after his post on the team line up?

Good that you understand how things are conducted now. Shame that you and certain others were not aware that it has been mainly that way for a long time though.

I'm sure that some may find this irrelevant or boring, but if I may just say it, hopefully for the final time in order that it sinks in with those who have trouble understanding the concept.

The moderating team on here, have no financial or professional connection to this site. Just ordinary fans like most other members. We all have however, having been requested to assist at various points in time, committed to do our best to ensure that this is both an informative and fun place to visit for those that wish to do so. No agendas and certainly no egos. Just a desire to help ensure that everyone can have a bit of fun and amusement in addition to the serious football issues. You cannot surely believe that we do whatever we happen to do on here and get abused, ridiculed and criticised almost daily by some, because we enjoy taking stick do you? Actually, it would be far more pleasant for us not to get involved or have any moderating to do, but that doesn't seem likely due to the persistent in-fighting and the bringing up of old conflicts. Often, we get messages from some members asking us to step in / take action over certain behaviour and comments. Likewise, we get told that certain things are dealt with in an over the top way. The recent thread about the two Norwich fans is a great example of how from very different starting points in terms of opinion, people actually got round to respecting other peoples viewpoints, without really resorting for the most part, to slinging abuse at others for the sake of it. What a good thread it turned out to be.

In fairness, we all like a bit of banter and watching people have disagreements, it can be very entertaining at times. But just as an example, there was old WeAre and his ST refund. Really, really funny that he chose to make his position and views clear to all just prior to one of the most successful few months in our history. Quite rightly, he took a bit of stick. But in the end, it did become just an issue to have a go at him about when disagreeing with other things he may have said. I don't remember him being a cause of too much upset before that happened. I may be wrong of course and will no doubt be told if I am. Unfortunately as it turned out, he had a bit of trouble dealing with what in a lot of instances was just banter, because some just chose to keep on at him about it and give him stick. Due to the way he responded to some of that along with certain other traits, he got himself banned. One day that ban will expire and hopefully a more relaxed WeAre will emerge. Or not.

Anyway, sorry to send you all to sleep, but it seemed like a good opportunity to request that we all try a little harder to get on. It really isn't that difficult if we try.
