  • So if 5 come in January

Who would be your 5 to left out the squad.

    Dyer
    Puncheon
    Adel(if he leaves)
    Perone
    Hall

Personally think a few more could be mentioned but forgot my tin hat

Having looked at GingerNinja's signature to refresh my memory (as I too have left my tin hat at home this morning), I'd go with:

Cerny- Not that I dont rate Cerny, but I think that this place could be used for a more valuable outfield player. We have Kenny & Murphy plus Elvis (hasnt been released has he?) and IveGottaF4nny. Although I have a sneaking feeling the 25 man squad is required to include 3 keepers? If so, my bad.
Perone - doesnt seem in Neil's plans. Anton & Gabbidon obviously 1st choice CB pairing at the moment; would like to think 2 CB will be signed in Jan (hopefully Bassong is 1!), both of whom alot better quality than Perone and "sick note" Hall- hense my inclusion of both in this list.
Puncheon - back to Soton I presume. Clearly not in NW immediate plans.
Adel - As Mellow says, presuming he is off ski.
    Hall - as above.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Cerny -(What use is a GK who cant catch, punch or kick and stays on his line)
Buzz - (To good to get splinters but wont be given a chance here)
Puncheon - (Will be replaced with better quality)
Adel - (Wont be given a squad number)
Hall - (Will be replaced with better quality)

I understand that, but Hall will walk away at the end of the season a free agent, so IMO, Perone would be the better option as Hall wont risk doing himself any harm when he is out on contract in a few months / weeks / Days. We should pay him up, say thank you and let him go find another club.

Not sure how anyone can still say it was a waste of a place to have Cerny in our squad. By all means fans can make derogatory remark about his ability - if that's what they enjoy doing - but the events of the past week show we need three keepers in the squad. Who knows, from Jan there might well be a new keeper but if, as rumoured, we go for the Portugal goalkeeper it cd be Paddy under threat just as much as Cerny. Before his injury Paddy was prob the first name on the team sheet (and not merely because he is "number 1) but football changes incredibly quickly and if his injury proves to be serious my hunch is that Warno will want a top flight goalkeeper brought in.

You need three keepers... He trains and he plays a few rezzie matches, doesn't moan and gets paid... A younger keeper would want more games maybe more money.... Keep radek

I think it depends on who comes in.

Striker + Winger in for Puncheon + Adel
Full Back in for Hill/Orr (probably hill)
                    Centre half for Perone

the fifth one depends on who comes in but i have a feeling it will be a keeper or a second centre half replacing Cerny/Conolly

Injury prone but still a great player!

Warnock publicly said he would give Dyer a chance in the second half of the season. He may be broken but he is quality.

I'll put a bet on with whoever wants it won't get 600 mins out if him all season
You've got a start as he's played for 2 mins so far

                            He's a waste of a space

You don't say what kind of quality he is. Let me help you there.

He is injury prone. Not a good quality.

His best days are behind him. Not a good quality either.

Some players are good for one club, and when they move to another, they're rubbish. We've yet to see him do much in a Rangers shirt so we can't say if he'll cut the mustard or not. He was absent for many games at previous clubs.

So what do you base your claim on that he is 'quality', and what kind of 'quality' do you think he is?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
