No way would I sell him!! He is far too valuable to the club and we did not go through all that points deduction just to sell him!!!

If we sold him, it will show we are not an ambitious club. Tony would never allow it.

No way! Must keep hold of Faurlin, Traore, Ferdinand given their age and ability.

Jordan Henderson was 20m. be hard to get a replacement for 10m or more who could partner Barton so well in midfield. With Adel out the picture and JB and AF now teaming up in the centre they are bringing the best out of each other. AF's value will only increase with time.

Build the team around him I say, turned down one of the big Italiam clubs to come to us cos we offered a longer contract.

Need to thank Gianni for his bagging this one!!!!

Preferably not, and I strongly doubt his next club will be either Spurs or Arsenal.
He's not even an Argentine International, so he's unlikely to attract 8 figure offers.

But to play the hyperthetical game, and taking off the rose tinted specs, I'll try to up the price further, then YES, I'd sell.

Remember he's not prolific goals wise.
He's NOT a Warnock signing. So there's no loyalty there.
I reckon NW would spend the money VERY well.
I wonder how many other Premiership sides he would walk into ? Right now in current form 50% of them ? Last season, probably less so. He probably wouldn't have got into half a dozen Championship sides !

I'd still rather keep him.....for now.

If someone came in and offered us 30m I'd think about it but 10m?

They should have him working on his shooting every training session becasue if he could sort that out, he would be a complete midfield player.... Brilliant energy, brilliant in the tackle and breaking up play, brilliant passer with great vision to see things others might not, shocking shooting....

And no i wouldn't sell for that. This was done in another thread, but he's worth to us the value of the premier league, ie approx £60m, becasue if we sold him, we'd risk relegation.

                                £30M ???
Sorry MYU, that would be as unlikely as a Championship side paying £3.5m for an Argentine midfielder no one heard of from an Argentine 2nd division club who no ones ever heard of and are about to go bust !

                                Just wouldn't happen !
