      really shocked, i dont really watch football focus much but i watched it yesterday. he seemed really upbeat, mcallister was on with him! at the end they showed the year leeds won the title with both of them playing in that team! a really fitting tribute to a good footballer! R.I.P

        Absolutely stunned by this shocking news. As many have said, was watching him on footie focus only yesterday. Extremely sad. RIP Gary - peace from whatever demons you were fighting :(

                    Not sure if already posted, Robbie Savage interviewed on bbc news earlier, never been too fond of the guy but hard not get a lump in your throat watching this towards the end.

                        Always hated Robbie Savage, but respect to him. No one deserves to lose a mate, and you can see how devastated he is. Such a sad, emotional day for the entire football world.
