I think we ought to reserve any champions songs for when we are 3-0 up -- if things don't go well we will end up looking a bit stoopid!!
But I'm planning on taking my champions flag and scarf...and they will be waved A LOT when we're winning...!

Indeed. I remember when Plymouth came to LR after we both went up together they went 1-0 up and sang "1-0 to the champions" then when we went 3-1 up we responded with the classic: "3-1 to the runners up"...Brilliant!
Heard them all before lads, especially the Partridge reference.

Yes, we've all started well and your Chelski scalp was amazing.
But we HAVE to beat you, and you with a top manager, stunning keeper and good players it may prove too hard for us.
Yes, we score goals but we let them in too!
After you, we go to Man City and we'll need an abbacus for that one.
Staying up? out of us three, if I'm honest, you have the best chance to survive. ..but we'll give it a real go.

In all honesty, I know its easy to say now and it is only early doors, but I cant see Wigan or Blackburn staying up. Especially as I can see Blackburn losing Hoilett and/or Samba in Jan. That leaves 1 side, and I think Wolves are a weak side.
Wouldnt suprise me at all if all 3 promoted sides stayed up; wonder when the last time that happened was? *cue wikipedia search*
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

i think someone said the other week will be first time in pl history?? not 100% wouldlove wigan /blackburn / bolton /stoke to go , would keep wolves as easy to get to!!
Take this back to the start of the season when we just had to find 3 teams we could finish above - Wigan, Blackburn and Wolves were on my list then and that opinion hasn't changed. People forget that whilst we lost at Wigan, they scored two deflected goals that were both going wide, we hit the woodwork what was it, 3 times? And we outplayed them. Wolves, we simply trashed them and Blackburn at home, whilst we only drew, I saw enough dross from them on the day to be convinced of our superiority.
Having not watched either Norwich or Swansea play us yer, I will reserve judgment but my pre-season opinion was that we had a better chance of finishing above them than they did us, we added some quality in the last hours of the window and will do so again in January.
Whilst that makes us stronger on paper and a better bet than either, surely both are good enough to finish higher than Wigan Blackburn and Wolves?
