So who have Forest actually signed which makes them such a threat next year?

When we went our little spending spree we brought in Buzsaky, Vine, Connolly, Ephriam and we've added further quality in Cerny, Gorkks & Routledge (amongst others / some hit and miss). I see far more quality in our signings and squad than Forests at present. Why can't people except that last season we had a bad season for various reasons and that with the right management, some stability and a good attacking brand of football that quality will shine through. We are being written off by everyone this season including our own fans and this is a good thing because it puts less pressure on the players.
Magic & The G Man IMO are the right managerial combination to get us up there, they have the right amount of experience and knowledge of this division to get us out. The pair have a proven track record of producing good footballing sides who score goals and plenty of them...we will be no different.
Our squad is now 12-18 months old, they have had their time to gel and get to know one another. Forests squad has a long way to go before they can be considered promotion contenders. I mean lets face it they have not even played a competitive game together and there is no telling even if Billy Davies is the right man for the job yet.
Still it doesn't stop our ultra pessimstic supporters predicting that Forest will finish above us and writing numerous threads about them at the moment. We have the best squad I have seen in 12 years yet amazingly we have teenagers such as Morris slating it. I mean lets be fair Morris and others of a similar age group the present crop of QPR players we have now is the closest you have been to seeing a decent QPR side.
So I'm a glass half full kinda person, I honestly believe we will get it right this season, I think we already have some of the best players in the CCC at this club. We destroyed teams at LR under LDC and the squad we have now is stronger....we will do it again. Dowie and Sousa were the wrong appointments, their brand of football did not inspire our support and as a result we never got behind the team next season. If we don't sign another striker get over it and get behind the Italian because for all you know half of you could be coming on here after the Blackpool match with your soppy 'lets make up a new song for Pellicori' thread to the tune of nessun dorma or something daft like that.
