mate just to say you were right to pull me up on having a pop at barton, last few games since hes gone in m iddle has been superb, teach me to have a pop at players not in their right positions
I think Joey is doing a great job for the team. His work rate is exceptional and his passing and tackling skills are of high quality. I also think he's bringing the best out of Ale.

Another captain's performance and good game yesterday from Joey, apart from one or two stray passes and getting lucky not giving away two penalties
There were times yesterday when I felt we really missed Derry's presence and character when having to deal with some of Stoke's strong arm tactics, constantly challenging the ref's decisions that went against them. Derry gets in the ref's face too when needed which we could have done with at times. Saying that, I think the ref was strong to stand up to them.

Joey is the more industrious whilst Ale has the most accurate passing rate - an ideal combo.
Agree, pity we won't have him for the trip to Norwich next week, although bar a sending off when we play WBA i'm glad we'll have him when we travel to Anfield.
