Had words with a Stoke fan ranting at my son that we cheated our way to win. Other Stoke fans looked embarrased and when I shouted 'you should try playing football' a guy said 'I agree with you, Pulis is taking us backwards, you deserved to win'.
So glad we beat them - imagine having to watch that every week!

stoke were filthy ! , they also only played the ball on the floor for their goal. Talk about agricultural, it was like when we were in league 1

_ultgambler_ (Stoke City): starting to get really annoyed now.. just been listening to TP and sayin the 3 goals we conceded today was poor defending,i really dont agree,the 2 goals helguson scored from crosses were gd crosses and v gd finshes,if that was matty 2 crouch,all we would here is matty did this and crouchy finished off a great cross,and when young scored i personally thought it was another very well worked goal with some very gd passing and a very gd finish by there rightback,again if that was us and wilko then he would be there sayin how well we worked the ball and fair play to wilko for gettin on the end of it... at the end of the day i think all our boys showed commitment and i cant knock them for it,i think yet again the buck has to stop at TP,imo untill we get either wilson and pally or pally and someone new in january in our central midfield we are really goin to struggle,nomore can we just rely on our wingers,not that there not gd enough,just that fact the matter of it all is the other teams now no if we stop them then we have nothing else to offer,we need to get wilson in the middle that can pass a through ball and also control the ball,plus has a gd shot on him in the team.. if he doesnt start against blackburn next week i can see us losing tha 1 2 and then we are right in the sh1t...
