Youngster...wasn't that great in premiership last season, but promising in bad team.Now looking good...he is young so....lets not take him...as it appears our fans although they don;t want old players they also don;t want young players......

We are getting too f....g greedy......Yes we have an oldish team...but it takes time.....Defoe Pav..never going to be coming here this season.Maybe once with have established ourselves in the premiership and see that our new regime is serious, then we might get better quality of players in...having said that...i'm happy with what we have and what we have been linked with....

cant see what all the negative about him is, hes scored goals in the prem, made our defenders look stupid and is a work horse. i would take him at a shot in january, would love to see defoe but be realistic, it was only last season we signed rob hulse. AJ is a player that will keep us up, our target for this season.

if we sign defoe in january who we gonna be after next, yes we should be looking to strenghten our team but it should be realistic.

as long as we stay up this season then we can look to improving our squad for a mid table-top half finish.

Do you not think that if we played DJ in the exact same way Fulham play AJ, we already have a very similar striker, just several years younger.
