    Apologies for going off topic, but this isn't about Paladini.

    Really good interview with our former right back on news now. Reckons there's every chance of us qualifying for Europe if we we can remain mid-table by the time of the transfer window opening.

    Talks about what Rangers might have achieved if El Tel had stayed.

    Best of all he says my great footballing hero, Tony Currie, was the best he ever worked with

    Although i'd obviously like us to finish as high as possible, i think if we qualified for the Europa League that would cause us a lot of issues next season with the massive amount of extra games. I think it would stretch our squad too much and cost us points in the league. It would be at least a season too soon imo.

    That said, we will never qualify for Europe this seasona anyway.
