They come in for stick on occasions but I have always found them extremely helpful in my dealings with them and today was no exception
I checked online last week to see if my Norwich and Liverpool tickets had been charged for and saw that they had and presumed that the vouchers I had left with them had been used for part of the payment
As it happens the full amount had been charged to my bank account which I did not know but they phoned on Saturday to ask if I could call them
As I could not get through on Saturday to Jade who left the message on my phone I called this morning and spoke with Jon who said the call was to apologise as they had not used my vouchers after all when the initial transaction went through but had since credited £50 back to my account and wanted to let me know in case I was unaware which I was
