      New ground might be a necessity soon, but don't delude yourselves that we will keep what makes LR special in terms of tightness and proximity to the pitch.
      I've heard this and believe it to be true although I think it's a uefa directive rather than a building regulation. I also believe that more than one club in Europe has ignored the directive when designing and building a new stadium. Not sure which clubs but I'll look into it.

      I can't find anything on the net regarding rules for proximity of stand to pitch.
