    Soton,
I think you missed a key point regards NW's comment last week.

    '£20 million'

For that I'd give him a piggy back to PSG. And I would prefer him to knuckle down and replicate the form from the last 2 seasons.

But £20m is pie in the sky. We'll be lucky to get £8m and I think in reality £5m.

I suspect NW is done following Adel round Europe.

QPR76, the facts are that results wise and statistically we are a better side without Adel this season than with him.

Last season NW put up with his tantrums etc as he was a big fish in a small pond, now NW has bigger fish to fry and whatever the price offered for Adel Warnock is prepared to let him go. Quite clearly he does not want all the hassle, he gets enough of that from Barton, Bothroyd et al who are much better team performers.

So no I haven't missed the point, what we may or may not get for Adel is not so relevant now TF is at the helm
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

        Sulking. BIG time.
last season, he was a big fish in a small pond, this season he's a small fish in a very big pond. And that has done his head in.Plus the fact that the world's football giants HAVENT come in with massive bids- even Harry Redknap doesnt want him back.
Was great for us last season & I appreciate all he did but he neesd to get his head together & relise that reputation is nothing compared to performance.
If he sorts himself out mentally he can be as good for us at this level as the Championship, but thats a big if.

I trust NW but I dont follow the leader blindly and its fine to speak your mind even if it means speaking out against that leader
The fact is Tarrabt can't do it at this level, Warnock knows it as do all the other Prem managers, none of which were remotely interested in signing him. Players in the Prem are better physically and whilst Tarrabt has ability his fitness levels and desire are well short of this level, hence defenders simple get back at him. In the championship he could match them physically and his ability got him through.

His lack of desire and respect for others simply makes him believe he can lord it over everyone, teammates and opponents alike. Unfortunately no one can do that and to say he has not had a chance is laughable, he has done nothing in the games he has played to warrant his attitude.

History at our club and I expect at any decent level, just another wasted talent. Will always be grateful for his contribution last year but can't say I enjoyed his attitude, particularly at Hull which was a disgrace

Dont know how you can judge him from several games when he was not even match fit and obviously not in the right frame of mind

You think Rooney should have got dropped from Man U after falling out with Ferguson and playing poorly?

I know he aint no Rooney but it happens with players that they have a run of bad form and think its too early to ditch him without given him a proper chance

But whose fault was it he was not match fit and in the right frame of mind. Please don't lay the blame at anyone's feet but Tarrabt himself.

You and others seem to forget he couldn't make it at this level with Spurs and re his fitness at the start of this season it wasn't a lot worse than all last season when it is alleged he only trained when he felt like it

We cant say for fact that we have played better with out him, we have played better since changing the formation, which he hasnt played in yet.
He had a poor first half at Spurs, along with others and got taken off, fair enough, but the game before against Chelsea he was playing well, and creating chances, despite having half the Chelsea team trying to break his legs, and he is the first one taken off. Can understand him being frustrated.

It was his fault but we gave other players more chances after having a run of poor games and he should be at least making the bench after the injuries we got

What club rules did he break moon?

If a manger has given the changing room that kind of power then we are in serious trouble. I think Adel has been appallingly managed this season it stems from Briatore trying to flog him, but he should never, never have been given extra time off in pre-season, he has been singled out unfairly in my opinion on some occasions by Warnock and others who it seems would never do the same to Derry or Barton who have both had really shocking games especially first half against spurs.

So the fact he has been crap, gone awol on at least two occasions and currently does not deserve to start, has nothing to do with it ?

                          • It must be doing his head in that he's in the national team but can't stake his place in the prem. But morocco's opponents are not up to much?

                            • QPR boss Warnock explains Taarabt absence for Norwich defeat

QPR boss Neil Warnock has explained the absence of Adel Taarabt for defeat to Norwich City.

The Morocco international missed out for the second successive weekend and Warnock revealed the midfielder needs to improve his fitness.

"He is training hard and was at the training ground [on Saturday]," he said. "I think he has to get himself a little bit fitter.

"He knows what I feel about his fitness levels, but he trained hard today.

"But I am not sure that would have been a game for him anyhow.

"I thought we played well going forward."

                              • Having the captaincy taken off of you

Set piece taker to not allowed near a ball

Main man in the team to a nothing man

Looked after magnificently by the manager to cast aside by the manager

And you don't think this would affect any player in the worlds game?

I agree Adel has been a fool for some of the things he's done & said, but so was Stan Bowles, Eric Cantona, Wayne Rooney to name but a few. He's not perfect but he's a damn good player & regardless if the team want him back or not (not that its their shout) he should be making the bench over players like Puncheon.
