Seeing a lot of threads about a load of different players. So just want to mention how excellent they all were:
JB - that's what happens when you play him centre.
AF - Can we even hold on to him come Jan?
SWP - Even though they doubbled up on him, that meant he was able to open up space for others to run into
Paddy - couple of great saves, once again
Traore - best seen any full back player in a long time
Mackie - no one got past him.
Bothroyd - getting goals
HH - won everything in the air. up front and behind
and
AF - what more can be said. with everything going on he put in a stirling performance.
Only bad point - don't think Young had a good game.
Delighted with the game. i know what some fans mean by a bit gutted we didn't get anything out of bit - but we did. We got pride, respect, and team confidence.
I think we've now found our stating XI.
