Sorry if you dream about him when you are alone, but he isn't a Premier league player.
Think you are being a bit harsh on Derry as he has had a few good games this season and is still a v useful squad player but agree he isn't good enough for the starting 11 and we look much better with faurlin and barton in the middle.

I am with you. I am just reponding to being called an idiot for suggesting Derry is a weak link. There are players that can be great in the Championshiop, but not quite right for the Prem and he is one in my opinion.

It doesn't mean I am harsh, or not respecting what he has done for us, I just want to talk in facts. Footballers are paid well, they don't need to be wrapped in cotton wool as well.

I heard he was still suffering from that stomach bug (he does seem to get it on a fairly regular basis, he must frequent my local kebab shop ). Liked the comment though.

I wouldn't say Derry is useless in Prem, far from it, we do have better players but he's the solid, dependable midfielder who is the ideal sub. I'd expect Warnock to keep him on the bench; I'd be surprised if he got rid of him altogether.

yes, well done - he really had Lamps in his pocket. We can agree to differ on the other two games as well. We were 10 times better today with Faurlin and JB in the middle.
