What was the point of signing this player if he is not going to be given any chance whatsoever? He came on for about a minute at the end of the Newcastle game and admittedly didn't look great, but surely he should be given a proper opportunity, especially with Taarabt playing so badly? Buzsaky should also be considered after his impressive performances early on in the campaign. Mackie, meanwhile, is more of an impact substitute at Premiership level in my opinion.

Agree on Buzsaky but unfortunately, as been mentioned before, doesn't appear to be in favour with NW.

Makes no sense when Warnock chased him all summer, and now won't give him
      A chance

Don't really see the problem. That's why you have squads. Lots of squad players don't get much of a look in. A double injury to Tabs and SWP and he might start every week. Also Warno gets to see all the players in training - perhaps Puncheon hasn't made the step up.

The point is that Taarabt has been under-performing for quite some time now and yet Puncheon and Buzsaky aren't being given an opportunity.

If it's true that Puncheon 'can't make the step up' in training then all I can say is what a stupid signing and waste of a squad place. We were tracking him for ages - you'd think the scouting staff might have been able to work out whether he was suitable for the Premiership. If that's true - very disappointing. Might as well have given the place to Ephraim.

We was tracking him when we had no money to spend then we get SWP and he is back up for SWP thats it.

As for Adel he seems to be getting all the stick for yesterday when Derry was rubbish aswell. If people think Adel is gonna be able to do what he did last year in the prem they are bonker's playing against championship players and premiership ones is a hell of a difference.

He still see's a great pass though and in the first half yesterday there was no one up front with any movement why our fans always feel the need to slate somebody shocks me I would think the rocket up their backsides that Warnock gave them at half time had more to do with the second half perfomance than talking Adel off.

Difference is that Derry always gives 100% and doesn't have an attitude problem!

Everyone knows that at his best Taarabt is an excellent player, but his performance on Sunday was unacceptable in my opinion.

Roose, Derry doesn't come with the same
Tag on as adel... Adel doesn't want to play for this club, Derry does.. If adel works his nuts off to no prevail then fair play to him but he doesn't. He wonders around like a fart in a trance... Derry got showed up but he tried and I bet he didn't spit the dummy at half time... People need to seriously wake up and smell the coffe reguarding adel.... EPL does not suit him

First of all I thing Derry is great where does it say Adel spat the dummy out at half time? and if you are talking about Fulham he was one of the better players for us in the first half of that game but to be fair that was not that hard.

Adel is a different type of player and if thing's don't go his way he will sulk and be out the game just like all the mavrick type of players are.

My only point is he gets all the crap if he is poor but others get away with it ie Barton Swp Faulin derry were all as bad as him in the first half but they got the chance to put things right and Adel did not.

Saying that I think Warnock made the right changes just think some people on here should lay off sometimes last month Boothroyd was rubbish even though he was having to play up front on his own he was still rubbish and Heider got loads of stick the first year he was here even though he scored goals at every team he has been at was not given a chance till last season.

Desperation signing when Bellamy chose Liverpool. Never going to be good enough, signed purely as Warnock doesn't rate Ephraim and had about 90 minutes to sign somebody.

Puncheon was a safety panic signing.

With Bellamy talking to Liverpool and SWP move stalling until around an hour or so before the deadline. He was told to get close to QPR in case we wanted to sign him. We'd have bourght him for what Saints wanted if SWP fell through.

He'll be going back in January, no doubt about it IMO.

He's a nasty reputation for being a disruptive influence in the dressing room.
Why else would Saints not give him a squad number when they rate him over £1m, their squad wasn't full of better, more expensive options.

Perhaps he's upset someone here also ?
