  • A legend in his own mind.

With a quarter of the season already gone,Taarabt has done nothing in his first 10 games in the Prem to justify his selection in the starting eleven.
Apart from hitting the woodwork a couple of times,he has been a waste of space.Give me Mackie anytime. He's proud to wear his hoops and gives 100% and not without a little skill and passion.
Taarabt has been found wanting in this league as he's got neither time nor space to perform the nut-megs,step-overs and drag-backs he got away with in the Championship.
How much more time is his No.1 fan NW going to give him to produce the goods? AT is starting to look very ordinary in this company, and with the mistakes he makes defensively,he's becoming a liability.
Real Madrid ?,PSG ?, Napoli ? my a*se,he's Championship standard at best, and with his general attitude,he doesn't deserve a first team place.
Harry boy must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Can't really argue with all that... he hasn't produced so far in the PL.

The big question for me is *why*?

I'm guessing he's been told to stop all the nutmegs, cruyff turns etc and do the basics... which he's incapable of doing. His game is based on show pony tricks... which don't always come off and in the PL it can be costly.
