QPR owner Tony Fernandes does not believe racism is prevalent in English football. following allegations that John Terry racially abused Anton Ferdinand.
Former England winger John Barnes, who suffered racist abuse as a player, said that he was not surprised to hear the allegations of racism in football but does not believe that Terry is racist.
"I'm not shocked," the former Liverpool man told Sportsweek. "We're very naive if you think we do not have racism in football. We have to stop people thinking it not just saying it.
"I do not believe that John Terry is a racist at all. He could think it but not say it, is that a racist? In the heat of the moment lots of people think it but not say it."

weird
...so on that basis the person is only a pedo if he acts on it? so having pictures about it is ok?
The whole point is people shouldn't have those thoughts - it's not right. regardless whether you act on it.
thought it was a fairly clear cut/black and white thing - do not discriminate. how are people coming up with "well in this case/on this basis/in this scenario"...
