Not a big fan tbh but better than Hall, when he got injured it was expected he would be back in 2 weeks, now a month....back for Spurs game?

doubt it, will probably be on the bench maximum. Much better player than hall. Keeps the ball down quite quite, and wins a lot in the air. Hall Is too clumsy - gives away lots of free kicks, and loses his man too easily, too often! Also, in the air is nowhere near as good as Gabbidon, despite his height

As normal with our injured players there is v little info. Wasn't that excited by his signing but has been good for us - suspect it wasn't entirely coincidence that after a very good spell in defence we lose Gabidon and then ship six goals to Fulham. Well as Hall played against Chelsea I feel permanently nervous with him on the pitch and want Gabidon back badly.

Hall played well against Chelsea because without Torres they have very little pace in the side. He regularly gets torn apart by attackers with pace - Johnson at Fulham, remember Lita making a complete fool of him at LR against Boro. I fear what might happen against Lennon, Bale, Defoe or even Walker if he goes forward.

Gabbidon is a much better defender, hard to get past and combines well with Ferdinand.
