Why would they look for a new site, if they can't sell the current one?

What a Billy Hunt I am.I assumed they needed the Freehold to increase their capacity to 60,000 and hence would have to move. What do I know and I used to be a property developer.LOL.

It means they can't sell the ground at all, so until the club have a proposition that the pitch owners group like, they aren't going anywhere. White City is further than 3 miles I think, other sites may be favouble by both.

They can't move to Earls Court. It's turning into a new shopping and residential
district. Have already seen the plans.
