I, too, am booked on the 11:00 off London on the Saturday with a few mates. Going back on the Sunday got £38 return and I'm coming back first class, which I thought was pretty good.

just got a return ticket (eastcoast trains) for £27 return from london, going on the saturday & coming back on the monday. 2 nights on the toon as well

Jesmond is a brilliant area, the only thing I would say is that it's full of students, if you don't mind that then it's cracking

Living in Edinburgh, I don't really get too many chances of getting to see the r's play without travelling a long way so am keen to go to this one. I'm not a member, do you think I would still be able to get tickets in the away end for myself and a couple of mates?
