I could be wrong but I believe their are regulations or directives on the proximity of the crowd to the pitch and run-off areas for new stadia.

    Shame.

Is it possible to demolish the current stands and build new bigger ones and do not re-introduce family section to secure more attendance. I believe we do not need more than 30,000 capacity.

I can give you an example of how embarrassing our facilities are and its coming from our players.
Fulham is a typically diverse London area with something for everyone - from the hustle and bustle of North End Road Market, to the refined chicness of the iconic Fulham Road. It boasts superb pubs and restaurants, two Premier League football clubs and excellent transport links.

        Shaun Derry
SHAUN Derry will get another boost when the midfielder walks into the Spurs dressing room on Sunday.

The palatial surrounds of sunken baths and luxury toiletries is yet another sign that after a career grafting in the lower leagues, the 33-year-old has finally made it.

Don't see your point, our changing room facilities are in line with PL standards

Only way is for Tony to make an offer to the owners of the houses down Ellerslie and little Loftus Roads. But that would mean sharing with Foolham or Brentford for a season or 2.

So you own one of those houses. Everyone else has sold out for a £1m odd quid (already costing about £50 btw before you have built anything) and then the last person says he/ she wants £10m or the whole project is off. Never going to happen.

i still think the Re Bull arena Salzburg is a great model for a new ground. This has hosted UEFA cup/Europa league games, and look how close the stands are to the pitch

Just looks like any new stadium to me, plus roofs to high won't amplify the atmosphere

                          Larger version of this :

Its the fans that make the atmosphere, not the ground. Just look at stoke for an example, this hardly looks the most atmospheric ground around.

Part of match day experience for me is getting off the train and walking down past the Green and into the pubs. It's a dump, but I love it as I have that connection. If we move I would never go there again and that would be a shame. Especially if we move to somewhere that isn't connected to us.

I would just rather the players all had their wages slashed - the greedy #####s. All this need to move to survive and prices going up is purely to line players and agents pockets. The game could not afford the wages they demand and this is the result.

But the players wages wont be cut unless all the other clubs also agree to it. There are two futures for us: one is watching Pavleychenko in a new stadium, or watching Marcus Bean at Loftus Rd. Know which I'd prefer...
