To be honest I doubt many of the older Chelsea fans have grasped the concept of the internet yet.

Unbefknleivable, i know we joke about it but i never thought it was as bad as that, and remember the forums/boards are just a very small percentage of the actual support and from that i'd say about 90% of them only started supporting them since they won something. Glory hunters the lot of them.

            Does it really matter?

Surely we are aiming to attract new fans from across the world and so there may be a similiar thread on here in years to come.

Malaysia I think will start being a growing fan base.

I started supporting the R's in 1973 as they were promoted to the 1st division. I was 10 at the time and was looking around for a team to support. I grewup in South London so didnt have the geographical link so much. I just loved the players they had, the way that they played and I wanted to be different to viretually everyone else in school.

We all have to start sometime!

Don't mind if new fans come in, but make sure they don't actually come to the games lol No one can replace the current fans!

I think there is an argument for making the ground smaller to keep unwanted new bods out!

Not an excuse, but they're probably all kids or Aussies. I'm sure some of our overseas fans have only supported us for a few years as well.

                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

we will not get like this.

This type of fan gravitate ONLY to top 4 clubs with ALL the modern facilities.

We are not going to be that.

The English and grammar are so poor in places I can't decide if these are 10 year old African schoolkids or genuine Chelsea fans.

And this fella is ****ing gay

We will gain international fans due to TF's Malaysian contacts and the marketing there, unfortunately a lot of these will only be supporting us due to TF, you've already seen it in the world of F1 and his Lotus team. (Facebook and Twitter has many people saying we now support QPR due to you TF being in charge). These will never be true fans like most of us but accept it as it's the state of football today.
