It's always worth making a weekend of it and of course Newcastle is a "place to be".

As it's now on the Sunday, my plans will change and it will be a weekend in South Shields in a B&B. Great night life, top quality birds and a pretty short trip to Newcastle on the Sunday. Seriously believe that a night out in Shields has just as much to offer as a night in the Toon

I'd guess it's about 10 miles but on a Sunday it should be easy. Shields is a Naval port where most of the women have fellas away at sea most of the year round. The place is full of bars, pubs, clubs and B&B's. They love to party and can be found out on the town any night of the week. Just like the Geordie birds, their attitude to clothes is "less is more" and they are really friendly too

Certainly worth getting a crowd together and checking it out mate

Flights available now leaving Saturday at 6pm from Gatwick and leaving Newcastle on the Sunday about 6pm for just £85 at the moment
