You could put 11 fans on the pitch and they would show great passion and be 10 nil down in 15 minutes.
Fans are not pro footballers though, so a bad example. How have their been so many cup shocks, if effort and desire is not a major factor.

I'll stick with my original view. Passion does not win football matches.

If we win today, does it mean we are a better team than Chelsea, or on the day we rode our luck, worked harder and wanted it more ? Like it does every other game there is a shock result.

Norwich are doing well at the moment because Lambert has maintained the team spirit which got them promoted -- but, as you say, passion alone is not enough, and, I think, they may well do a Blackpool 2nd half of the season, as effort AND quality issue determines the final league standings. Where we will finish depends entirely on the effort made by our players -- we have the quality to stay up, but, the last two games, not the effort.Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Is Warnock up to the Job as a premiership manager,guess we will know by the end of next month,personally I think we will be bottom 3 by then and majorly struggling for goals with Warnock sticking to his usual plan A tactics.Excellent manager at getting teams promoted,one of the best but only once EVER in the premiership before and that ended in relagation after one year there.I can't imagine Fernandes will risk that happening so VERY important month for NW.I really hope I'm wrong and we beat Chelsea today and do well in the next 5 games,just can't see itself,think we will take another tonking today and next week as well,sorry )-;

I think the fact we had 2 more players than them was quite a big reason - not the fact we had more passion. In fact they played better than us for the entire second half, so I am sure their fans would argue they showed passion.
