Kenny, Young, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, Traore, Faurlin, Barton, Adel, SWP & DJ are, IMHO, all PL players.

There's a pretty fair chance that we'll get no points from the next three games and, as a result, be in or near the relegation zone by the end of the Man City game. Even in that scenario, though, it seems ludicrously premature to me to be talking about changing manager, much less discussing who might replace him. Even with the signings made since Fernandes took over, QPR are still on paper among the weaker sides in the division and I would think most pundits would be tipping us for the bottom quarter of the league if not the bottom three. While the Blackburn and Fulham games were disappointing, I can't really recall another game that would make me want to advocate a change of manager. We are eight games into a 38-game season. To panic now would be to act in the manner of Briatore and co.

I guess it depends how you read the thread - but no you didn't say he was toilet but I didn't get the impression that you were particularly impressed with his achievements with Scu nny given the tools he had to work with..............I would say he over achieved with those resources compared to similar teams with similar resources.........................which im my eyes sugests that he did in fact set the world alight...............

Granted he's a good manger but huge step up to the prem.. Not saying he couldn't but it's a big risk for a club to gamble on if your fighting it out to stay up!

We agree Mellow that Adkins is a good manager. We also agree that it would be a big risk of an appointment and I am not advocating for it to happen.

Personally, I hope TF is true to his word and sticks with Warnock rather than risk the potential fall out from changing the boss part way through the season.

Dare say if we are at or near the bottom in a month or so that those in the media (ex pro's/journo's/pundits etc) who warned that his speciality was to get teams promoted and that the EPL was too much for him to handle will be having a field day...

I think that fans' patience will also be tested if we are in this position, still not scoring many goals and playing tripe football too...

Still, very much hoping we start picking up unexpected points and scoring as this would mean we will be going in the right direction...

Only problem is Matty, they were against Bolton, Wigan & Fulham. All of whom would have been occupying Blackburn's position if we had beaten them, or even drawn in the case of the first two.

Now, having got that bit of negativity off my chest, I think that if 10 of the 11 play like they did against Newcastle and either Bothroyd or his replacement do his job properly, we can win this.

Worrying really isnt it looking at how easy a start weve had... not given ourselves an easy task have we... typical Rangers!

Have to agree mate, we played some quality football that game and our lack of a finished was all that stopped us bagging a nice easy points... against a side who are unbeaten in the PL still (how they havent lost amazes me!).

IF we can consistently perform as we did vs Newcastle for a majority fo games this season we will be fine.... Big IF though taking into account the last couple games
