anyone know who to send complaint to?

me and my brother got to the gates just before kickoff saturday and i got in and my brother was told his season ticket had been suspended for one game only, he was told he wasnt allowed in and after we kicked off a little some security guard said go and see what the box office say. he then had to miss the the start of the game (got to his seat just has we scored) by having to run from the entrance of ellerslie road round to the box office and was then told someone had sold his seat and was given a ticket elswhere in w block instead of with me in r block.

we both think this is out of order and want to speak to the right person who could give us some proper answers.
any ideas would be welcome, thanks

How can they suspend your st? Never heard of that before? Start with box office manager and go from there
