  • derry must make way

if we have any chance v chelsea i think derry should make way, we cant afford to sit back with 2 holding midfielders v chelsea we need to go back to basics for this game 4-4-1-1 we need some attacking options

    kenny
    young
    ferdinand
    connolly
    traore
    swp
    faulrlin
    barton
    mackie
    tarrabt
    helguson

    for me

Derry is one of Warnock's favorites so if fit he will always play.

Warnock has to be ruthless and personally it's clear that he is starting to struggle

reason for mackie is he can track back a lot quicker then derry if needed becasue chelsea have a pacey team same go's for swp.

Tommy Smith is a better option than Mackie.

Has SWP got the worst shot in football? Its like his boots are on the wrong feet.

Connolly will get run all over by Drogba

Check out his highlight reel and give him some time.

i wouldn't worry about the players, would be more concerned with getting a brick layer in to build a solid wall in front of our goal.
How high does the scoreboard go to is another worry

If we drop Derry you lose the protector in front of the back four so Chelsea will run riot, as there will be no one to close down the shots from the edge of the box, no one to put a foot in when they play there one touch football and no one who will back track the midfeild runners.

Derry has had 2 bad games like the rest of the team, apart from tht he was out outstanding performer, so droppibg him is not the answer unless you have so0me else who can do it.

For us to stand a chance on Sunday, Barton - Faurlin - Adel need to do what they did against Newcastle and Wolves and that is keep hold of the ball. Play it simple and be patient and look to carve out the chances. Because the only way we stand a chance is to stop them playing and the only way we can do that is by keeping the ball.

Derry wins the ball and passes it, like holloway did years ago, win it qnd gave it to Wilkins.

Thats my veiw any way !
