starting to see a trend of barton dislike on here
its mental the next time we play just watch him for 5 minutes nothing else but him.
he is the first player to show for the ball from throw ins, defenders in a hole, on the overlap hes everywhere.
good players do that and a player has the ball the most his likely to give the ball away more than a player that hides and goes missing.
people need to let go this hang up regarding his wage, its not valid!
him and swp are so close to working out where each other are the pitch like they did at city.
ask carrol why he scored all the goals he did at newcastle?
i urge all you boo boys not to turn yet another player into a scapegoat after only a handful of games!

Have said the same on here about his wages,all players earn too much these days in football,but if we're willing to pay that for him then so be it.

A fans favourite may need to be dropped for him to be played in his best position but am very confident that we have a very good player on or hands

I thought he looked good yesterday.

Some nice touches, decent vision & always wanting.

Yea he gave the ball away a couple of times & hit a few passes to long but at least he keeps going.

Not sure what people want to see from him? Up in peoples faces, dribbling past 5 opponents? Yes he could be better they ALL could but he will be the difference between staying up & going down.

Only criticism I have of him is he's to outspoken & all his twitter b0llox.
