  • Keepy uppies don't win matches Adel

Whilst most of us were being entertained at half-time by the deserving Downs Syndrome kids,Taarabt was trying to steal their thunder by show boating and trying to impress the Ellerslie Rd contingent,by constantly juggling the ball instead of involving Bothroyd, his warm up team mate. Shame it came to nothing with two pathetic shots on goal in the 25 minutes or so he was on the pitch in the second half. He's not the flavour of the month with his team mates according to the press, having not made peace with NW after going AWOL after being subbed at Fulham.

If he hasnt apologised then that is unbelieveable.... He wont ever get to the big time....not cause of his attitude...because he not a complete footballer... and i think hes massively overated.. If he performed week in week out at this level like he did last year then fair doos, but with spells of 15 mins here and there.. we may be stuck with him

        No they don't.

        But 19 goals do.
And 22 assists help in winning Championships.

If he has not apologised fine hime and put him with the reserve. No player is bigger than the club.

thats history not interested in what he done last year.
just like some arent interested in bothroyd being a stand out striker last year in the same league and winning a full internnational cap.

Your usual charming self W12."Give it a rest" implies I'm forever slating Taarabt, which I'm not.Are you the only one entitled to an opinion? Mind you I'm not altogether surprised by your reaction,we crossed swords a few times a couple of years back when you took exception to what I thought were constructive views of mine on how the club was being run.I try hard to avoid personal confrontations with so called fellow supporters and what should be* like-minded fans.

So now people think he's trying to steal the thunder from disabled kids??!!! Are people for real on here. Adel seems to be public enemy no 1. I think it's best he left. No point being at aclub where your half time training is picked up on and used for a reason to criticise. Had some bloke groan at everything he did when he came on. Ok, he wasn't great but he people just see his as the one to pick on nowadays. No point being here adel, I'd leave.

Some people get tattoos celebrating winning a Cup or League.
Others get players names on new shirts based on previous performances.

I care about last season, almost as much as I care about this season.

Some people have their own agendas, others don't care about agendas.

Despite spending millions on squad improvements, he's still our best and most skillful player. IF supported and nurtured, he could help us stay up.

He might not have played well yesterday and behaves like a kid at times, but ffs dont try and say he was trying to steal thunder from disabled kids.

SMH at crying because Adel was entertaining the crowd

Bothroyd was trying to pull off tricks but Adel showed he is light years ahead

Take Adel out the team and we will be back to the Championship

He was my MOTM vs Newcastle, was unlucky not to score vs Wigan, played well vs Wolves and has played ok in the other games (except bolton and fulham where nobody played well). He's contributed more than Barton.

Hit the woodwork a few times too, and unlucky not to have racked up 3 or 4 goals.
(No doubt someone will refer to that 1 on 1 scuffed shot, but that was virtually his first touch of the ball!
Perhaps if he'd started the game...)
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Well said Kingsley. He can't take a corner to save his life (Faurlin more effective in that dept),he's thrown his toys out of his pram on what must now be a half a dozen occasions, and walked out of his National team twice.Who the f does he think he is?No point in nurturing him (or sucking up to him),he's not a kid, although he behaves like one.Leopards don't change their spots and all that.
Having said that,I'd love to see him get a hat-trick against Chelsea so the world and his wife can see what a potential talent he is,but somehow I can't see it in his present frame of mind,he still thinks he should be in Madrid.
