Ric Roc who is one of the most passionate and loyal fans I am proud to have known for many years is being dragged over the coals on this matter and the release of an e-mail address of his is a disgrace and whoever released it should be ashamed of themselves

Can the admin of this site clarify once and for all if they were responsible as I am sure many posters of this site would be concerned if our personal info could be passed to the club in the future if they did not like a posting we made on here?

Ric, leave it mate. We know what was said was done so for good reason. Neil and the club have embarrassed themselves massively over this. Nothing short of disgraceful in my opinion. You've said your piece, and I think you should leave it there until you're contacted by the club. This has been blown way out of proportion, and the more we talk about it and start new threads in the matter, the less likely this situation will calm down.

Like I said before, something don't sit right with me here.. Why does the club have direct contacts with ten a penny forums, why is pete being contacted? , why did the post stay? after expressly being asked to be removed? How did the CLUB get ric's email address from this website?

Questions that all need answering , and to be honest I agree with Mason on what ric should do..

I have been going regularly since 1985 and can remember rics face long before I knew him, so to be called a "so called fan" and to be outed by some waster in this place is a complete joke and someone either the owners, mods or admin need to give a decent guy and poster and more importantly FAN some answers.

There was a thread over a year ago where Pete clearly stated that information would be passed onto the club if it was requested. Nodge raised the point about the Data Protection and this should only been done if it's clear on this site that it's an official part of Qpr. Pete then changed his stance after reading Nodge's comments and clearly stated that info would never be disclosed. I'm sure that mere confusion on Pete's part being unaware of the law at the time and once made aware it promised that our our data was secure.

Clearly if ricroc thinks otherwise then for he can submit a Data Subject Access request to WATRBs with a cheque for £10 and they are legally obliged to disclosed all records in relation to his account. Failing that a Court Order.

Personally, I would ask ricroc to close that stupid hotmail account and open up a gmail one. And consider closing his WATRBs account if he's rattled by it.

My concern if I was ricroc is that if his ISP is now known too that his PC may become open to attack by a disgruntled fan!!
