  • DJ Cambell fined for Ric-Roc gate!

For disclosing confidential information to a fan. No doubt it will be swept under the carpet by Neil. In any case that is what I heard late last...

TBF if it was him, I'd expect you say that, till it's revealed, there will be speculation.
Hope you're OK, this has gone well OTT.
Why are you still posting here, when the owner has stitched you up?

The owner has NOT stitched anyone up.

You can see from various posts that all this is leading to rumour and counter rumour.

It does not matter what I say quite frankly as holes will be picked.

I Would add Ric Roc did want the post removed and the club wanted it to stay. If it had been removed more attention would have been drawn to it.

I don't see how it has any bearing on 1-1 draw against Blackburn or the upcoming game against Chelsea. many supporters did not believe the post when it stayed up so Blackburn would not have any inclination that indeed would be the team.

Think its more to do with the fact Warnock does not want it happening again, which I am sure lessons have been learn't on both sides. I was told email did not work and thats why I pm'd Ric Roc with my number and the clubs number. No details of that conversation were passed onto the club, only that Ric Roc wanted me to delete the thread.

As I say it overshadows the 1-1 draw and is a side issue to the result.

It will be last comment I make the matter/

No single word ever poster by CernyBerry has been true/accurate or even close to reality - another fact to add to the list.

The club has a say in how this board is moderated?

Lovely. Careful what you say boys and girls.

Hold on, based on the above why was the thread not deleted. Is the primary concern and duty of care of this forum to its members or to QPR?

If the club were so insistent that it stayed up, then neither Neil nor the club could complain that it did!!

Have to say it seems a wrong call was made by the club then on 2 counts, leaving the message up and revealing Rics email address.
Think its all gone a bit OTT though and really isn't the story its being made out to be. Should just be left now and move on.

Please at this time, can we refrain from posting details about players that should not be in the public domain.

All information that the WATRB's team perceive not to be common knowledge on current players, will be removed

QPR manager Neil Warnock in the hunt for dressing room whistle blower

Careless talk costs points. Neil Warnock has uncovered enemies within at Queens Park Rangers and the manager is taking immediate action after some unerringly accurate team news for Saturday’s match was posted in advance on a website.

Warnock’s plans to give Heidar Helguson and Jamie Mackie their first starts of the season and leave Adel Taraabt on the subsitutes’ bench, along with news of DJ Campbell’s training ground injury on Thursday, were blown wide open by a supporter, and the QPR manager was in withering mood after his revamped side were held by struggling Blackburn.

“I hope our loyal fans get hold of the person as I will definitely put it on our website so that they can bombard him,” Warnock said. “They are lower than the low. They can’t be a QPR fan, that is for certain.”

Warnock is hot on the trail of the source of the story. “It is disappointing as it has come from the dressing room. I’ve got ideas but you can’t start pointing fingers, can you? We will have to tighten things up.”

The QPR manager also has a leak to plug in his defence, who were unable to deal with the aerial menace of Blackburn’s Christopher Samba and paid the price when the ironclad defender thumped home a header eight minutes after Helguson had given QPR the lead.

Warnock was on the warpath again over Campbell’s broken metatarsal, blaming his training footwear. “If you see the yellow boots they wear, they are like carpet slippers.”

QPR look short in attack, but that will be addressed in January, according to chairman Tony Fernandes, who said: “We may end up with five [new] players.

"We definitely have to strengthen the squad, there are no two ways about it. Up front, we could do with a little more depth.”

Down in the Blackburn bunker, it was not fully apparent just how useful Friday’s intelligence from west London had been, particularly with manager Steve Kean admitting he had set up his team, with Jason Lowe in a deep holding role, especially to counter the threat of Taarabt.

In any case it’s a case of keeping calm and carrying on for Kean, whose side slipped to the bottom of the table through results elsewhere. He could at least be encouraged by his side’s application.

“I keep my spirits up by being on the training ground, working with the players and seeing them respond,” Kean said.

“If I was looking at blank faces that would be a concern but I’ve not seen that, not one day, not one game.”
