  • Time for Warnock to stop making excuses

Wrong formation, tactic's and team selections have cost us 3 wins at home this season.

Newcastle, Villa and Blackburn were there for the taking IMO.

We lost momentum in the second half against both Villa and Newcastle and today was a poor performance against one of the worst teams we'll play against all season.

BTW shaming a poster on the Official website for the leaking sensitive information is a disgrace. A genuine QPR fan passing on info to his fellow R's in this manner pales insignificant when compared to what Paladini has done for years.

Shame on you Warnock and QPR, grow a pair FFS

I'd just said to hubby, I hope NW isn't going to say that was a good performance etc. etc when it was reported on the radio that he was pleased with the players and it was their response to the 6-0.
Sorry, but that wasn't a response, nor did Blackburn feel the backlash, nor did the team make it up to us 'loyal fans' who were still singing at 6-0 down.
That was just one big pathetic pile of tripe.
Look forward to our record defeat next Sunday.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

The formation needed changing not the players... He got it badly wrong today.

Heymellow have been saying for a few weeks we need to change the formation ESP vs the lesser teams , how can you play 2 holding midfielders against these teams ,

Either Derry or Faurlin needs to be dropped, no need for both

What was Warnock at playing Mackie today??

There seems to be to many midfielders on the pitch... A small pitch to. Mackie shouldn't of played and niether should derry.. Not at home. Look so so so lightweight going forward.. I said to my brother b4 the game if we go a goal down I can't see us winning a game.

Am I missing something, He clearly changed the formation today we were promoted and started the season playing 4-2-3-1 we tore Newcastle apart, playing this, were unlucky against villa won at wolves.

Today he played 4-3-3 a totally different formation with Barton playing deep with Derry and Faurlin, Mackie and SWP further forward on the wings with HH in the middle.

Today we bypassed the midfield we actually played more like a 4-4-2 with long balls into the channels for Mackie and SWP to chase rather than play through the midfield which is our strength.

The problem with the 4-2-3-1 had been supporting the solo striker and that could have been achieved with Mackie or DJ starting in one of the wide positions.

I thought we were a lot poorer for not having Taarabt on the pitch, we struggled to keep possesion or find the pass for SWP.

If I was to criticise NW it would be for picking a formation and tactics based on the last game rather than this one.

One other point one of our biggest problem is Fitz Hall, not for his actual play but for the fact we play 10 yards deeper in defence and are less compact because of it leaving us stretched.

Absolutely agree with everything you say, which might surprise you.

Really hope he realises what a COLIN he has been and apologises as soon as possible.

It was handled badly. If you see the press conference his little outburst at the end was almost an after-thought. It looked like it was over - he was about to get up and leave before quickly remembering the internet issue. It should have been dealt with in-house, and plug the leak to start with.

This is the beginning of the end for Warnock, which is a shame.

There is no deabte about it - Faurlin was our best player yesterday and has been good in most games.

Derry is no where near Premier League standard - sorry for all the fans that love him because he is a "grafter" - sorry - it isn't good enough. And no, I don't care that he played well against rubbish midfields last season. No room for sentiment in football and NW's love affair with him needs to end.

It is 2 from Derry, Faurlin and Barton, Taarabt or Buzz behind the striker, SWP, Smith or Puncheon on the wings.
