  • Why is the voucher refund the exact same for gold and bronze?

    Can't work that one out.

Surely the refund should be a percentage of the value of the season ticket.

I am Gold and should get a larger refund than bronze.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Are you suggeasting Silver is different ?

It MIGHT be they decided anoyone who paid LESS than £500 gets £25 back
and anyone who paid MORE than £500 gets £50 back.

So in effect Concensions got less than full paying S/T holders where ever they sit

PS. £500 is a guess - it could be £400 or £600 I don't know, just using that as a stick in the ground before anyone posts, "but I paid £502 and only got £25 back !"

I'm in silver, paid £649 for restricted view. If I bought every match at members price that comes to £670. There are 3 matches I can't make. My son and daughter paid £399, but game by game it's £634. Yes I received a £50 voucher to their £25 but they have made a much bigger saving overall. Whatever you do you can't please everybody!

The whole argument has been a matter of timing. It's only because a bronze ST holder mentioned it first. If a gold member had said it first, 'I got £50 back', then people would have been expecting that bronze and silver would get less.

The refund on gold is about 6.5%. On that basis, bronze would have got £35 back, and silver £42. So bronze and silver have been given too much back. So let's complain about that instead..

The price increase from gold in the championship to premier now will be £110, (it went up from £599 to £759) after the refund? So £110 extra to watch prem instead of championship. Some clubs charge 25% for going up a division.

You've been conned, it was £649 anyway for a normal view.

I'm more than happy with £50 vouchers back.

Wasn't expecting anything. New kit for my son for free.

                How bad!
