Clarification on vouchers please

Received my two £25 vouchers yesterday but did anyone see when they have to be used by?

Also can these be transferred to a third party so a mate for example could buy tickets at a cheaper rate if a fan was to sell them for sau £40?

i pretty sure on the back of the voucher it has the expiry date (31 December 2011 i think).

Redeemable until 31/12/11
Non-transferable
Valid on tickets at the box office and retail products in the club shop
Not valid on-line
No cash alternative
