FFS, they didn't set the original prices and didn't have to send out the vouchers -- it is a gesture to show that they appreciated that the original pricing was too high.
And people moaning that they've got to spend it on the shop or Box Office...if you feel that way, donate it to the community cause instead.
If Tony and Amit read this board, they must be wondering why the hell they bothered.
Personally I don't qualify for a refund, just my daughter, dad and hubby -- £25 each -- which, until TF took over, we wouldn't have seen again.
To all who are complaining, when did you buy your seasen ticket, if you bought it before the season started just think how much money has been spent on our squad since you bought the ticket.
Personally i would have been happy with a QPR shirt or even no refund as i am happy to see my beloved club looking a lot stronger then i had ever dreamt of if T&G were around.
Some people really make me laugh! ( and f*cking cry!)
If you've kids and money issues as TWRanger said 'you shouldn't be buying a ST anyway'
If you paid a grand or whatever for an ST before TF arrived then you felt that it was worth the money, the squad has now improved , you've been given a refund gesture yet you moan. If £25 - £50 means that much to you you shouldn't be going to the footy anyway.
Accept the gesture of goodwill and get on with it FFS. TF could have just knocked a few quid off next seasons ST price for those who renew. The club don't owe us anything, we choose to support it and pay whatever we have too. If you don't like it, don't buy
You lost the argument there mate when you said the club dont owe the fans anything, they in fact owe us everything because without us me old mate there wouldnt be a club! we as fans are Q.P.R and i found that line in your post a tad insulting!!!
LONDON CALLING TO THE ZOMBIES OF DEATH.... ALSO KNOW AS BRENTFORD FANS
Isn't the whole point here that it was a REFUND on part of the exorbitant increase that was promised by TF as part of the "blaze of publicity" when he came in - not a club shop voucher? Surely this represents somewhat of a u-turn?
You do what you like with the voucher can pass it on to some you know going to buy a match day ticket and ask for the money. Buy away ticket, give to the QPR trust, or even spend it in the shop. It a refund stright forward and IMO good start to what may be a good future or is there going to be now people wanting TF out.
