As a supporter of long standing and my father before me,I wrote, before any mention of refunds, an impassioned letter marked "private and confidential" and sent recorded delivery,to TF and AB. I RECEIVED NO REPLY. So followed it up with a second letter. To date I've heard nothing. So much for the two of them being "hands on" and "communicative".
In the past,I've had exchanges of correspondence and even return phone calls from,Jim Gregory,Gerry Francis,Gordon Jago, and John Gregory during their times with QPR.
With the increase this season of £300 (75%), to offer me £50 to spend in the club shop or on tickets is a cheap move on the part of TF and AB.My grandson now can't afford to come with me,having lost his seat when it went up from £70 to £499 and its unlikely I will be able to get a match day ticket any where near to where I now sit.So a long line of supporters from my family ends with me.

    doh!
What am I supposed to be grateful for?

    1. The fact they couldn't be bothered to put pen to paper to me?
    2. The fact my grandson can no longer join me at QPR ?
    3. The vouchers (not refund) they have sent me to spend on tat from the shop that I otherwise wouldn't have bought ?

Are we even getting a refund? The money's going back into the club... It's like me buying a pal a beer and getting one back..

If some of you are so negative about the refunds why did you buy the dam season ticket in the first place?

Treat the refund as a bonus!

Exactly - we should be thankful we've got anything back.

Cash would have been nice, but at the end of the day they didn't have to do anything,

My sense of gratitude is barely believeable.

On matchdays I can now fight with several hundred other voucher holders to get near the counter of the club shop to exchange vouchers for goods I don't want,

Or I can make a 100 mile round trip to the box office to exchange them for away tickets for matches I can't get to.

If all this had been represented as modest token of appreciation, rather than being splashed all over the media as a major PR coup, I would have been happy for everyone who can use the vouchers. As it is in promising a significant refund and delivering nothing of value to many of its Season Ticket Holders I think the club have probably done more harm than good.

Got my £50 voucher today. Yeah, certainly appreciated but I can`t see why it would have been difficult (or particularly expensive) to number each voucher so people could use them to buy away tickets online.

Only annoying thing in my book is that you cant use the vouchers online for tickets! I get all my away tickets now online straight away and never get them direct from the box office.

Also tempted to buy something from the clubshop but then whats the point if the badge is going to be changed next season?

Agreed, the vouchers already have a number on the back. I'd assumed that most people buy away matches online?
