Might buy £50 worth of stuff and take it back the next day and see if they will refund the value of the goods back on my card. They are not the most clever bunch in that shop!
I think it is a great gesture as TF did not have to do anything. But he led people a little merry dance on the "significant refund" and the prospect of cash.
Not sure the Mrs will appreciate £50 worth of QPR mugs and car stickers for xmas.

But, may not work as may only redeem you for your purchases in the payment method in which you bought them; ie vouchers?

It's a gesture from TF in realisation we were shafted by Briatore, and a good one. Can't believe some are whining really.
Firstly, at the time of making an announcement and by using the words "significant" and "refund", surely the owners must have had a pretty good idea on what basis it would be applied and how. But on that assumption, how on earth can they make such a pigs ear of administering it? They stated that letters would be out by a certain time and they were not. With so long to put this in place, I find it astonishing that there is still confusion as to who gets what back and how they get it.
Should have just kept quiet until they were confident that whoever was going to be responsible for seeing this through, knew their @rse from their elbow. How good would it have looked, to get not only some surprisingly good news, but for it to be carried out effectively and efficiently. Pretty sure TF didn't build Air Asia up as well as he did in such a manner.

Maybe someone needs to define the term 'significant' to Tony as he clearly doesn't understand the impact of the words misuse.Last edited by W12_Ranger; 12-10-2011, 01:20 PM.

Why can't i have the cash, if my season ticket would have cost me £50 less, that doesn't mean to say i would have spent that 50 in the club shop or in the box office, so if i am to be refunded why should i have to spend it in there anyway? At the moment i would prefer the money and when i want to but away tickets i will do that with money as and when if i have it, here i am being told when and where to spend it.Queens Park RangersNPower Champions 2010/2011
