Taylor Parmenter's loan to Basingstoke Town

Whenever QPR are playing away and Basingstoke are at home I also go and watch them for as long as I can remember, just wanted to know if anyone has seen Taylor Parmenter play and what they think of him?

2 of my family were at Basingstoke's 5-2 win today in Devon and said he was hot and cold but looked like he will be a solid centre half.
