(PLEASE do not reply to this thread just to #### off Player - I need help, not people having a pop.)
The past week I have had trouble with the sound on Player vids -- I can hear the music and narrator dubbed over the top, but not the interviews themselves. I can still hear any vids before last Friday (30-9-11) and I could listen to the QPR in the community one from yesterday and other vids on Sky etc.
I've emailed them three times now, and got back very friendly but rather useless advice on how to check that my sound isn't muted (!) (which shows they aren't reading my emails properly) and that Flash is installed ( obviously it is, otherwise how would I be getting older and newer vids to work?)
Given that I really want to hear what Derry and DJ have to say about the Flum game, this is very frustrating, as are the replies I'm getting from the company,which are patronising to say the least.
Anyone else having this problem, or know what it could be?
