Feel sorry for Dyer personally,but you can't blame NW, (sure robloft has got a fishing rod)
look at the position he was in, no money from the owners,and had to bring players in with prem experience.Ok I admit a lot of that experience is on the treatment table, but that was the market we were in at the time.
